Sizing
How do I figure out my nail sizes?
Easy! we’ve got you! Every order comes with our free Press-On Sizing Guide, which walks you through measuring each nail at home in just a few minutes. Measure once, and you’ll know your sizes forever. Prefer a little extra help? Email clear, well-lit photos of your bare nails (with a coin in the shot) to hello@roseandreneebeauty.ca and we’ll help you size.
What if I’m between sizes?
Always size up! You can gently file a slightly larger nail down for a perfect fit, but you can’t make a small nail bigger. When in doubt, our sizing guide explains exactly how to handle in-between measurements — or send us your photos and we’ll guide you.
Do you use half sizes?
Yes! We craft our sets using premium Aprés Gel-X tips, which include half sizes for the most accurate, comfortable fit. The more precise your measurements, the better your set will wear.
What if my set doesn’t fit?
Because each set is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds based on sizing; so getting your measurements right is really important. That’s exactly why we include the free sizing guide and offer photo-sizing help before you order.

Ordering & Custom Designs
How do I place a custom order?
Choose your tier, then select your size, shape, and length at checkout, and pop your design details into the notes box. Got inspo pics? Email them to hello@roseandreneebeauty.ca. We’ll need your sizing and design details within 7 days of ordering so we can start crafting. Once we have everything, your set is designed and made within 3–5 days before shipping out. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
• Tier One ($55): One base colour — solids, chrome, or cat-eye
• Tier Two ($65): Small bling, crystals, glitter, stickers, stamping & simple hand-painted elements
• Tier Three ($90): Art on every nail — bling, encapsulation, chrome, hand-painted & stamped designs
• Custom Bling Set ($105): Our freestyle top tier — maximum glam, fully bespoke
Can I send my own design inspo?
Absolutely — we love it! Email your inspo photos to hello@roseandreneebeauty.ca after ordering. The clearer your vision, the closer we’ll get to your dream set.
What comes with my set?
Every set includes a full application kit: 2 alcohol wipes, 1 cuticle pusher, 1 file, 1 buffer, 1 sheet of gel application stickers, and 1 professional-grade brush-on nail glue. Plus your free sizing guide!
Wear & Care
How long do they last?
With proper prep and application, our soft gel sets can last up to a couple of weeks — and many babes reuse their sets with good care. Each nail is encapsulated in durable hard gel for a chip-resistant, glossy finish.
Can I reuse my set?
Yes! Remove them gently and store them safely, and you can pop them back on for another wear. Care instructions are included with your kit.
How do I make them last longer?
Prep is everything, clean, dry, buffed nails make all the difference. Add our Juicy Watermelon Cuticle Oil to keep your natural nails happy between wears, and grab a backup glue so you’re always re-apply ready.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship our physical products (press-on sets, oils, glosses & more) within Canada and the USA.
Our digital products and instant downloads — like the Nail Babe Planner and Sizing Guide — can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere in the world!
How long until my set ships?
Each set is lovingly handmade just for you! Once we have your sizing and design details, please allow 3–5 days for us to design and craft your set before it ships. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our sets are custom and made-to-order, we’re unable to offer refunds — especially for sizing, which is the customer’s responsibility. Please use your free sizing guide and reach out for photo-sizing help before ordering so we can make sure it’s perfect. Full details are on our Policies page.
