Store & Studio Policies
We love our babes, and a few simple policies help us give every single one of you the best experience. Please take a moment to read through before booking or ordering.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services purchased through www.roseandreneebeauty.ca.
We know that’s firm, so we do everything we can to make sure you love your order — including careful crafting on every set and lots of support before you buy. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Sizing
Sizing is the customer’s responsibility — but you’re never on your own! We offer a free sizing service to help you get the perfect fit.
Every order includes our free Press-On Sizing Guide, or you can email clear, well-lit photos of your bare nails to hello@roseandreneebeauty.ca and we’ll help you size before crafting your set. See our FAQ page for full sizing details.
Custom Order Timelines
Once we’ve received your sizing and design details, please allow 3–5 days for us to design and craft your custom set before it ships. We’ll need your details within 7 days of ordering so we can get started — if we don’t hear from you in that time, your order may be cancelled. Full shipping info is on our Shipping & Returns page.
In-Studio Service Guarantee
Your happiness matters to us! If you’re ever 100% dissatisfied with your in-person service, we’re happy to offer an additional service to improve or remove your set within 24 hours of your appointment. Just reach out and we’ll make it right.
Cancellation & Late Policy
To respect every babe’s time (including ours!), we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may affect future booking and a deposit will be required to rebook.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, as we want to stay on time for the babes booked after you.
