Where we ship
 

We currently ship our physical products - press-on sets, cuticle oils, glosses and more — within Canada and the USA. 

 

Our digital products and instant downloads, like The Nail Babe Planner and our Sizing Guide, can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere in the world. 

 

Processing & crafting time
 

Every custom set is lovingly handmade just for you. Once we’ve received your sizing and design details, please allow 3–5 days for us to design and craft your set before it ships. (Ready-to-ship and non-custom items are sent out sooner!)

 

Shipping rates & delivery
 

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, delivery time is in the hands of the postal carrier — but we’ll always get your set out as quickly as we can. 

 

A quick note:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We’re not able to be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.

 

 Returns

 

Due to the custom and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services sold through www.roseandreneebeauty.ca.

 

We know that’s a firm policy, so we do everything we can to set you up for success — with our free sizing guide, photo-sizing help, and careful crafting on every single set. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. 

 

In-salon services: If you’re ever 100% dissatisfied with your in-person service, we’re happy to offer an additional service to improve or remove your set within 24 hours of your appointment.
